We take special attention and customize the bar to meet your individual needs and make sure the bar looks brand new for every event. We do not just show up and go. For this reason we require a minimum of 5 hours of rental.

Do you provide alcohol?No. The Party Affair is not licensed by the TABC. All alcohol and necessary mixers must be provided by the customer or the Vendor. We are only able to serve the alcohol provided.
Do you supply cups and napkins?The Party Affair can supply necessary cups, napkins, etc at an additional cost.
Are Bartenders included?No, but The Party Affair has TABC licensed bartenders available for $30/hr. To insure your guests get the best experience, we recommend 1 bartender per 100 guests.
What are the electrical requirements?Our bar uses standard household electrical plug 110V. If an electrical plug is not available within 25 feet, we can supply a generator for power for an additional cost.
Is there a delivery fee?Yes, delivery fee will apply. Please contact us for delivery cost.
When will you set up?We will coordinate with your vendor on when the best time is to deliver. We will insure the bar is ready within an hour before your event starts.
